2. Definitions

• “Non‑Profit Plan” refers to our free website offering exclusively for registered non‑profit organizations.

Zillywebs offers professional website design and development services at ultra‑low costs, with plans starting at just ₹12999.
Our streamlined three‑step process ensures you receive a ready‑to‑use, responsive website in 5–7 days:

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information (text, images, branding assets) via our submission form.

• Respond promptly to design queries and feedback requests to avoid delays.

• Use the delivered website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment and Plan Validity

• Pricing: Plans start at ₹12999.

• Plan Validity: Each plan is valid for one year from the date your website goes live.

• Payment Methods: We accept online payments via UPI, Paytm, and major credit/debit cards.

6. Free Website for Non‑Profits

Registered non‑profit organizations may apply for our free Non‑Profit Plan. Proof of valid non‑profit registration must be submitted for eligibility.

7. Delivery & Revisions

• Delivery Timeline: We deliver completed websites within 5–7 calendar days after form submission and payment confirmation.

• Monthly Updates: Customers are entitled to one free content or design update per month (e.g., text edits, image swaps) or depends on different plans as communicated in written on new plan purchase and agreed upon.

• Additional Revisions: Further revisions beyond the monthly allowance may incur additional charges, which will be quoted separately.

8. Intellectual Property

All design files, text, images, and source code provided by Zillywebs remain our property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, Zillywebs grants you an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered website. All trademarks, logos, and content you supply remain your property. The services and deliverables are protected under Indian intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trademark Act, 1999.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund Policy: All payments are non‑refundable once work has commenced, except at Zillywebs’ sole discretion.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zillywebs harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws.
